WHAT'S ON THE BALLOT
Niwot residents will vote on November 3, 2026 whether to incorporate Niwot
as a Colorado town. A yes vote creates a local government with authority over
Niwot's own streets, land use, and future.

WHY ROADS COME FIRST
The county has deprioritized Niwot's roads for years. Incorporation puts
decisions about our streets — and the dollars to maintain them — in the hands
of the people who drive them every day.

WHAT IT COSTS
About $31 a month for a typical Niwot home: a 2.5% sales tax and a 4-mill
property levy. Those dollars stay in Niwot and fund Niwot's roads.

WHO WE ARE
Niwot Together is the non-partisan, volunteer campaign for incorporation. We
are the ballot-measure advocacy campaign — a separate organization from the
Niwot Incorporation Committee. We share no funds, financial accounts, donor
records, or coordinated messaging.
